"Soooooo, because Chef Ruth Willis' food is #superdelicious and I trust her taste buds, I went ahead and contacted Chef Ron to purchase a slab of ribs.  He was so kind to drive from The Bay to meet me in Vacaville when I told him how far away I live. He hands over the ribs. I pick up my phone to pay him. As he walks off, he says 'I hope they aren't too tender.' Ahhhhh he has jokes, OK. So, I figured he's either cocky or confident. I figured I'd pinch a rib to see what he's talking about. BAYBEE...I don't know what he does to his ribs. ORDER SOME!!! Nothing wrong with confidence when you KNOW you've mastered a thing."
